Google Pixel 5a is the third smartphone in Google's Pixel "a" Series, which focuses on lower-cost entry points for the Google Pixel experience. Google Pixel 5a Super Battery
There is no other phone in the US that has the specs, performance, and price of the Pixel 5a 5G. Pixel 5a 5G beats Apple's iPhone SE on price and performance, but its superior camera and battery life put it in a completely different league - but more on that later.
Certain features of this processor aren't as smooth and snappy as those of more powerful processors. For example, a phone that costs twice as much would have the more powerful Snapdragon 888. It's hard to argue that the premium performance gains are worth twice as much on the Pixel 5a 5G, however.
Unboxing Google Pixel 5a
As with Google's packaging in the past, it's similar to what's been around for years. The box shows a photo of the Pixel 5a in actual size, and when you remove the lid, the phone is lying face down on the bottom.
Unbelievably, Google has included a USB-C to C charging cable, an 18W USB-C charger, and what it calls a "Quick Switch Adapter" for connecting a USB-C to a USB-A port.
