Mix semolina and 3 teaspoons of milk in a bowl. Mix flour and powdered milk in another bowl and mix it with other ingredients to make a soft dough. Mix the milk with the semolina flour and make rounds for dessert.

2 liters of cream liquid milk 

Quantities like sugar and flour 

Sour yogurt and powdered milk

Rasgolla recipe making process

Boil the milk well and boil it. At the end of boiling, add sour curd and stir well. After a while, you will notice that the baby is starting to cut in milk. 

Then strain the milk with a thin cloth and wash it a little. Now wrap it in a thin cloth and take out the water from the baby. If you want, you can hang it so that the water will fall automatically.

When all the water is gone, mix the flour and the rest of the ingredients well with the baby. Once it is mixed, take it in the palm of your hand and make it like a small ball. 

Remember to mix water and sugar before making sira. When the sugar starts to boil, pour the small balls into the vein and cook for 10 minutes.

After ten minutes, pour 1/2 cup hot water and cook for another 10/15 minutes. Now mix 1 tablespoon of flour and 2/3 tablespoon of water and pour it in the rasgolla. Now add a little ache and cook for another 8-10 minutes.
